Sara Caputo is a dynamic productivity coach, consultant, and trainer, and owner of Radiant Organizing. Her graduate studies in Organizational Psychology, combined with her diverse experience in group process facilitation, project management, and healthcare, enable her to understand the challenges that disorganization provokes in clients’ professional and personal lives.
As the Productivity Expert at The Daily Thrive, Caputo’s approach is facilitative and intuitive. At the heart of her work, Caputo says she focuses on “helping people feel supported in their individual process of change. At the core, what we’re doing is changing behaviors, clarifying priorities and values as well as creating new habits.”
Her true forté and love is “to let people move through this process as unobstructed as possible so they can emerge with a new sense of freedom and power.”
According to Caputo, the biggest and most curious dilemma is that “we aren’t taught productivity habits anywhere, formally. We experience so much chaos and frustration if we haven’t figured out what works for ourselves on an individual level, and then that ripples out into our teams, our businesses our partnerships and our families and communities.”
At the core of it all, Caputo is committed to helping people “simplify their lives to the simplest of simple.”
“When we get through the mountains of paper and clear away old to-do lists and create systems that support our natural ways of working and living, we eliminate physical, mental and emotional chaos and start living our lives from a more genuine place.” And that, says Caputo, “may very well be the key to world peace. At least your world peace.”
Sara is the author of The Productivity Puzzle, What’s Your Missing Piece? and is at work on her second book, The Productivity Puzzle for Couples.
